Job summary

America's Auto Auction in Carmel, IN is seeking a part-time temporary Recruiter to join our team.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source, screen and interview candidates, and manage candidate communications. This role supports the full recruiting lifecycle, with Paylocity Recruiting experience a strong plus. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, ~25–30 hours weekly, on-site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Paylocity.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Part-time Temporary Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.

Schedule: Preferred availability would be Monday - Thursday, approximately 25 to 30 hours per week
Location: America's Auto Auction (Corporate Office) - 10401 N Meridian St #400, Carmel, IN 46290 (On-site)
Employment Type: Open to Temporary Employee or a 1099 Contract

Pay: Based on experience and employment type

Requirements for Part-time Temporary Recruiter

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, professional approach and the ability to work independently
• Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required; prior experience utilizing Paylocity's recruiting module is a strong plus
