House Buyers of America is looking for a talented Recruiter for a part-time, 100% remote role. This position involves various recruiting tasks including cold calling, networking, and managing outside agencies to hire top talent.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with both agency and in-house exposure, and possesses strong computer skills. Flexible hours averaging 20-30 hours a week, with a compensation range of $35-$55/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
• Strong preference for candidates with both agency and in-house recruiting experience.
• At least one year of freelance or contract experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through cold calling, networking, and job fairs.
• Screen candidates and maintain HR system daily.
• Manage search firms and assist with HR responsibilities.
• Update HR policies and assist with corporate training.
