Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is seeking a Staffing Director to lead high-volume recruitment for hourly and management roles, while overseeing client accounts' financial processes, invoicing, and payroll coordination. The role partners with hiring managers and facility HR teams to drive strategic hiring aligned with HHS policies.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of management in staffing and experience in onboarding or HRIS, with strong communication and a track record of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in staffing as a branch manager or similar role.
• Equivalent work experience plus 1+ years in recruiting or HR/HRIS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates via job postings, resume searches, boards, social media, and events.
• Create, post, and manage open requisitions across internal systems and external platforms.
• Monitor candidates through the full lifecycle to align with job requirements and client expectations.
• Serve as point of contact for candidates and hourly employees through onboarding and offboarding.
