Job summary

HHS Talent Solutions, LLC is actively seeking recruiters to fill temporary, high-volume staffing needs across multiple facilities. You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates, while maintaining an active pipeline for urgent assignments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, onboarding coordination, and strong communication with candidates and hiring managers. Travel to HHS facilities may be required as part of facility-based events.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for hourly, temporary, contract, or high-volume positions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and urgent staffing requests.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate development skills.
• Experience using Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for temporary, short-term, hourly, and high-volume staffing needs.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding and placement.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for temporary assignments.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, and other platforms.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews; respond quickly to staffing requests.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding assignments, schedules, and start dates.
• Attend hiring events and recruiting activities; build relationships with facility leaders and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidates meet HHS hiring requirements and provide a positive candidate experience.
