Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) seeks a sysadmin to monitor product and infrastructure health, handling 150-250 alerts per shift. You will analyze alerts with Grafana and Zabbix, consult internal docs, and fix or escalate as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration, monitoring, NOC, or technical support.
• Experience with Linux CLI, SSH/VPN, Bash, Zabbix, Grafana, Jira, and Confluence.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and possess English B1+.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product and infrastructure health, handling 150-250 alerts per shift.
• Analyze alerts using Grafana, Zabbix, and internal docs; fix or escalate.
• Follow runbooks and support senior admins during incidents.
