Job summary

Astreya is seeking an experienced Vendor Manager for TEM, remote in the US. The role focuses on vendor relationships, billing and dispute resolution, PO lifecycle supervision, and data integrity across TEMS and ERP systems. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Required 8+ years in TEM/vendor management with expertise in TEM systems, ERP tools, and ticketing platforms. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $69,120–$115,200.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years in telecom expense management, vendor management, AP, procurement ops, or commercial supply chain functions.
Strong proficiency with TEMS, ERP tools, and enterprise ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for vendor inquiries, invoice resubmissions, tax/banking updates, and corporate restructurings.
Mitigate past-due notices and disconnect notices by securing written commitments.
Direct complex billing issues to resolution and pursue cost-saving claims.
Oversee PO lifecycle, monitor low-fund conditions, evaluate FX impacts, and facilitate PO transfers.
Maintain data integrity across TEMS, ERPs, and internal databases; collaborate cross-functionally.
