Job summary

Bridgepointe Technologies is looking for a TEM Onboarding Project Manager II who will independently manage multiple technology expense management onboarding projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in TEM onboarding and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proven TEM onboarding and implementation experience (required).
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; PowerPoint and Smartsheet experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 concurrent TEM onboarding projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in Smartsheet.
• Coordinate activities across consultants, LOA analysts, platform teams, vendors, and clients.
• Run client and internal status meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
• Track and drive resolution of action items, risks, and dependencies.
