Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License in resident state.
• Minimum of one year of recent experience as a call center supervisor.
• Healthcare or telesales supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a remote team of Telesales agents in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Monitor team KPIs and hold team members accountable for hitting performance targets.
• Identify sales behaviors that drive success, and provide real-time, actionable coaching.
• Analyze call performance, conversion rates, and sales pipelines to spot opportunities for growth.
• Foster a culture of urgency, ownership, and continual improvement.
• Partner with training and sales leadership to enhance process and skill development.
