The Supervisor-Operations role focuses on hands-on coaching, training, and development of the sales team, delivering best practices and fostering continuous improvement within a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Health Insurance Producer License.
• Experience as licensed sales agent handling inbound/outbound calls.
• Must obtain and maintain non-resident licenses in listed states.
• Must complete a Simulated Call Assessment before team assignment.
• Attend all initial and refresher training sessions.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in a sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching to sales agents and managers.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, obstacles, and areas for improvement; partner with leadership to drive performance.
• Ensure adherence to established sales processes and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation of tools and technologies to boost sales efficiency.
• Serve as the first line of support for agent-reported issues and troubleshooting.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture through motivation and recognition efforts.
