AnewHealth is seeking a driven Telecom Engineer I to support all telephony needs across the United States. The role focuses on establishing reliable customer journeys and scalable voice solutions, balancing rapid innovation with stability.

Qualifications

3+ years providing technical support in a corporate environment.
Advanced knowledge with Five9 scripting and the VCC admin tool.
Five9 report creation and data interpretation.
Knowledge of telecommunications regulatory compliance.
Experience working with reputation management solutions.
Experience with Five9 outbound dialers, SDK, APIs or custom reporting.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage telephony solutions to optimize customer experience.
Coordinate new location rollouts with licensing, contracts, and audio assets.
Troubleshoot issues with traditional and VoIP telephony systems.
Ensure alignment with partner telephony agreements and KPI reporting.
Serve as liaison between IT and business resources to set telephony goals.
