Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking a Telecommunications Engineer in El Segundo, CA to support all voice and video telecommunications and to adapt existing technologies from acquisitions. The role will develop and support new telecom solutions while ensuring system reliability.

Ideal candidates have experience with Five9 platforms, voice/video configurations, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with Tier 1–3 teams and manage vendor relationships to deliver secure, scalable telephony services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Five9 telephony configurations and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of RingCentral, Avaya, and other telephony platforms.
• Strong understanding of VoIP, AV, and network environments.
• Experience implementing telephony solutions for business continuity.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support network equipment for voice and video applications, with a focus on Five9.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Five9 telephony solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Design, implement, and support new telephony solutions that meet business objectives.
• Assist Tier 1 resources in problem identification and resolution related to telecommunications.
• Monitor and optimize system performance including network traffic and security.
