Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Telecom Engineer I to support all telephony needs and enhance customer journeys across the United States. The role balances rapid innovation with reliability on an expert team dedicated to customer experience.

Expect 10–20% travel; this is a full-time remote position with responsibilities including rollouts, troubleshooting, and KPI reporting. Medical, dental, vision, and other comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a corporate technical support role.
• Experience with Five9 scripting and VCC admin tool preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory telecom compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage telephony solutions to optimize customer experience.
• Support new location rollouts: licensing, call flows, audio recordings, assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VoIP/traditional telephony issues.
• Ensure adherence to partner telephony agreements and KPI reporting.
• Liaise between IT and business units to align telephony goals.
