Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to join a growing organization focused on helping injured employees navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey. You will review and coordinate medical care plans, ensure treatments are appropriate and cost-effective, and collaborate with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

• RN license/can obtain CA license.
• BSN or equivalent nursing degree.
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 3+ years of case management experience.
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management and return-to-work.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees.
• Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate and cost-effective.
• Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Document case activity and treatment progress.
• Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Location: Remote in Arizona (Candidates within one hour of Scottsdale may be asked to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays !!)

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Salary: $80,000 - $87,000 base, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders throughout the case management process
• Document case activity and treatment progress
• Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• California RN License or ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 3+ years of case management experience
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health
• CCM Certification or ability to obtain within the first 6-12 months of employment
