Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN/LPN) in New Jersey for a temporary, full-time, work-from-home assignment. The role involves collaborating with physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement treatment plans aimed at safe, cost-effective recovery and return to work.

Candidates must have an active NJ RN or LPN license, 2+ years clinical experience, and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). The assignment lasts at least 6 months and requires EST zone location.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred.
• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and ensure timely updates for customers.
• Assist in training/orientation of new staff and other duties as assigned.
