Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to deliver remote medical case management services for injured individuals, coordinating care and exploring vocational options to help return to highest function. This role requires an unencumbered compact RN license and may require a CA RN license; CCM certification is strongly preferred.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday in Central Time, with benefits. As a Telephonic Case Manager, you will work with the injured person, claim examiner,

Qualifications

• Unencumbered compact RN license required.
• Additional unencumbered CA RN license preferred.
• CCM strongly preferred. Case Managers may also need regional or national certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telephonic case management to injured individuals.
• Coordinate medical services and frequently assess progress.
• Explore vocational options with the injured worker and employer.
• Assist in securing pre-injury or alternative employment and coordinate with all claim parties.
