Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Teleneurology Practice Administrator for a remote, nationwide position. You will provide direct business operations support to medical directors, site leaders, and providers, acting as the interface with hospitals and the community.

The role includes managing site financials, onboarding, scheduling, and data analysis, while serving as a super user for Vituity software and ensuring regulatory compliance across the practice. A strong HR and healthcare background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in an office or healthcare setting required.
• Healthcare field experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and HR principles preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and county healthcare regulation preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong consultation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to convey information clearly in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational administrator for site leadership and interface with hospital and community.
• Serve as front-line liaison for provider team with hospital executives and Vituity support.
• Provide executive support to site medical director and management to meet contract goals.
• Support site financials including stipends, reimbursements, and payroll timecards.
• Be the super user for Vituity software and point person for hospital systems.
• Assist with employee onboarding, licensing, recredentialing and compliance tasks.
• Coordinate meeting management, office systems, supplies, events, and customer service.
• Manage daily patient census and site clinical schedules to ensure coverage.
