Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2 years of healthcare operations experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a customer service organization required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, evaluate, and manage TeleNeurology programs.
• Provide 24/7 supervision and back-up support to the TeleNeurology team.
• Lead team activities and monitor KPIs and financial goals.
• Mentor TeleNeurology admin team and coordinate with site coordinators.
