Job summary

Altro Health seeks a clinically fluent coordinator to support our COO in keeping clinical operations humming. You will be the extra set of eyes ensuring nothing slips, executing protocols, and coordinating with labs and pharmacies to keep orders moving.

You will triage patient messages, respond with a warm, clinically sound voice, and connect clinical with fulfillment teams to clarify handoffs. This 1099 role requires 30–35 hours weekly, mornings ET, and a US-based candidate.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical experience and ability to follow established workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear patient communication.
• Relies on attention to detail to catch issues early and document.
• Remote work experience and flexibility with startup environments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute clinical protocols and follow established workflows for orders, patient communication, and care coordination.
• Manage the daily order queue, coordinate with labs and pharmacies to keep fulfillment moving.
• Handle asynchronous patient messaging and phone line with a warm, clinically-sound tone.
• Support internal care coordination across clinical, fulfillment, and partner teams to prevent dropped handoffs.
