Job summary

MediPro Direct, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Clinical Case Coordinator to join our remote team. You’ll schedule medical exams, coordinate appointments nationwide, and ensure clear communication between clients, patients, and medical professionals.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. This remote role requires residency in the United States and strong self-management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of scheduling, customer service or administrative support.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling tools.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Healthcare scheduling experience preferred.
• Experience in remote healthcare operations preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of active medical cases from initial outreach through appointment completion.
• Contact patients and healthcare professionals to coordinate and confirm medical appointments nationwide.
• Handle frequent inbound and outbound telephone calls while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Prioritize time-sensitive cases and meet scheduling and response deadlines.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding appointments, incomplete cases, and unresolved issues.
