Job summary

Guidelight Health, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Clinical Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health care via telehealth. You will conduct 1:1 and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a distributed team to ensure seamless continuity of care.

The role emphasizes independent licensure, experience in IOP/PHP settings, and a strong virtual engagement skill set. Remote work is offered with a Monday–Friday schedule and clinical supervision support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Valid MA independent licensure as a licensed clinician (LCSW/LMHC/LPC or equivalent).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as requested.
• Experience providing behavioral therapy, counseling, and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans for cohesive case conceptualization.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians for continuity of care.
• Complete suicide risk assessments within identified timeframes and with appropriate thoroughness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to assess length of stay and level of care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health and build rapport.
