Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for outpatient telehealth work from home. Positions are wage-based, W-2, with flexible hourly pay and full telehealth capabilities.

Clinicians provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth, with intake assessments, personalized treatment plans, and coordination with families and medical partners.

Formación

• Masters Level OR licensed clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Access to laptop or CPS and high-speed secure internet
• Comfortable managing schedule and caseload

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
