Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for 100% telehealth, hourly fee-for-service W-2 roles.

Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy via telehealth; conduct intakes; develop personalized treatment plans; coordinate with families and providers; maintain documentation in an EHR; participate in team meetings; offer crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications

• Masters Level or licensed clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
