Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is hiring licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for 100% telehealth from home. The role offers hourly fee-for-service compensation, W-2 employment, and flexible scheduling.

Clinicians serve children, adults, and families with supervision, professional development, and licensure assistance. Ideal candidates are MA-licensed (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) with a Master's degree, bilingual Spanish a plus, and the ability to handle evenings or weekend

Formación

• Masters Level OR Licensed Clinician in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT)
• Licensed in MA to practice telehealth mental health services
• Ability to manage telehealth workflow and documentation

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
• Maintain documentation in our EHR system
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
