Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking bilingual clinicians in Massachusetts for telehealth therapy. Work-from-home roles offer flexible scheduling and W-2 employment with hourly pay.

Responsibilities include delivering individual, family, or group therapy, conducting intake assessments, and coordinating care with families and medical providers. Candidates must be licensed and able to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Formación

• Master's degree required for licensure consideration.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly valued.
• Strong time-management and accurate documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
