Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking MA-licensed clinicians to provide telehealth therapy from home. You will treat individuals, couples, families, and groups, starting with intake assessments and continuing with tailored treatment plans, all while maintaining comprehensive EHR documentation.

We offer W-2 employment with flexible hourly fee-for-service scheduling, supervision, free CEUs, and licensure assistance to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be a Masters-level licensed clinician in MA (LCSW/LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a telehealth capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR system.
