Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the telehealth care team by reaching out to Medicare members and ensuring compliance with Stars measures. The role focuses on remote care, discharge follow-up, and accurate documentation while delivering compassionate virtual services.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM–9 PM with one Saturday per month. Requires a BSN, an active compact state license, 2+ years RN experience, and 1–2 years in telehealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
• Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license with primary licensure in listed states.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1-2 years in remote healthcare or telehealth.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Follow SOPs in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Telehealth Patient Care: provide remote patient care via telehealth platforms.
• Virtual Assessments: review medical histories and symptoms.
• Medical Documentation: document patient conditions accurately.
• Patient Education: educate patients and families on conditions and adherence.
• Care Plan Collaboration: work with providers to implement care plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain records compliant with privacy laws.
• Continuous Education: stay updated on telehealth best practices.
• Compassionate Communication: demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
