Fuze Health is seeking aRegistered Nurse to support the telehealth care team by remotely outreaching Medicare members and ensuring compliance with a new Stars measure. You’ll confirm ED discharge success while delivering compassionate virtual care.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 12:30pm–9pm EST and one Saturday per month 9am–5:30pm EST. Minimum qualifications include a BSN, an active compact-state license, 2+ years as RN and 1–2 years in telehealth.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license with primary state of licensure listed in the US.
• 2+ years RN experience.
• 1-2 years remote/telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote telehealth patient care to Medicare members.
• Conduct virtual assessments and review medical histories.
• Document patient conditions and care interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy laws.
• Pursue ongoing education in telehealth protocols.
• Demonstrate compassionate communication in all interactions.
