Job summary

Fuze Health, a healthcare technology pioneer, is seeking a Registered Nurse to support remote telehealth operations. You will engage Medicare members, ensure Stars measure compliance, and confirm ED discharge success while delivering compassionate virtual care.

Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturday coverage, nationwide eligibility. Ideal candidates hold a BSN, active RN license, and 2+ years of RN experience, including remote care.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Active, non-restricted nursing license with primary state licensure in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• 1-2 years of remote/telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth patient care.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and current symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions, histories and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain records and ensure adherence to regulations and privacy laws.
• Stay up to date with telehealth protocols and best practices.
