The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality virtual care and outcomes in a dynamic healthcare startup environment. The RN will conduct virtual assessments, document patient histories, educate patients and families, and collaborate with providers to implement individualized care plans while maintaining privacy

Qualifikationen

• BSN degree required.
• Active, non-restricted nursing license with Indiana as primary licensure.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1-2 years of remote/telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs in fast-paced settings.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume situations.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote telehealth patient care.
• Conduct virtual assessments reviewing histories and symptoms.
• Document patient conditions, histories and care interactions.
• Educate patients on medical conditions, medication adherence, and self-care.
• Collaborate with providers to develop care plans.
