The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality virtual care, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus occasional Saturday shifts. A BSN and active license in a compact state are required, along with 2+ years of RN experience and telehealth familiarity.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active, non-restricted compact state nursing license with primary state of licensure in Indiana or other listed states.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1-2 years in remote healthcare/telehealth.
• Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote telehealth patient care and support.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments including histories and current symptoms.
• Accurately document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
• Engage in continuing education on telehealth practices.
