Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support our telehealth team by performing remote outreach to Medicare members and ensuring compliance with new Stars measures, delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual care.

Responsibilities include telehealth patient care, virtual assessments, medical documentation, patient education, and collaboration with care teams, while maintaining regulatory compliance and pursuing ongoing professional development in a startup environment.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• Active RN license in a compact state.
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1–2 years in remote/telehealth setting.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
• Startup experience preferred.
