Job summary

The Registered Nurse position at Fuze Health supports the telehealth care team by providing remote outreach to Medicare members and ensuring compliance with a new Stars measure. Additional duties may include closing other HEDIS measures while delivering compassionate, high-quality virtual care.

Preferred candidates hold a BSN, an active RN license, and 2+ years of nursing experience, including telehealth. Schedule is Monday–Friday 12:30pm–9pm EST; benefits are comprehensive and competitive.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN license in the US.
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse in healthcare.
• 1–2 years in a remote healthcare or telehealth setting.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in verbal and written form.
• Ability to follow procedures in fast-paced environments.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills in high-volume settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual assessments including histories and symptoms.
• Document patient conditions accurately in EMR.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and medications.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
• Engage in continuing education and best practices.
