Job summary

Archimedes is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for Telehealth to improve members’ health through remote coaching, clinical outreach, and program development. The role supports leadership with clinical resources and compliance; you will coordinate with prescribers and pharmacy staff to drive adherence and lower net costs while maintaining privacy standards.

The position may be located in our US offices or work remotely; a flexible model supports engagement with members, providers, and teams

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing with state Board of Nursing.
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation.
• Experience in a clinical call center preferred.
• Experience on a multi-disciplinary team preferred.
• Knowledge of data privacy and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for staff.
• Review and update algorithms and scripts yearly with guidelines.
• Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain a high quality product.
• Facilitate communication with clients, providers, and internal teams.
• Provide clinical outreach to members and prescribers to coordinate care.
• Stay current with guidelines and medications and update programs.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other departments.
• Understand member experience and how engagement improves wellness.
• Adhere to compliance and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in and support compliance, people and culture initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
