Job summary

Archimedes is seeking an RN Case Manager for Telehealth to improve member health and wellness through tele-pharmacy coaching and targeted outreach programs. You will contribute to clinical resources, participate in policy development, and supervise pharmacy staff in a remote, flexible work environment.

The role emphasizes adherence, cost-effective formulary options, and compliance with HIPAA. Remote engagement with members and prescribers is frequent, with possible offices in St.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing with the applicable State Board of Nursing is required.
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation experience.
• Experience in a clinical call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts to support pharmacy staff.
• Review and update all algorithms and scripts yearly with updated guidelines.
• Develop documentation standards for all clinical outreach.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high quality and consistent product.
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers, and providers to enhance care coordination.
• Stay current with guidelines and medications and integrate into programs.
