Qualifications
- RN license active in good standing with the applicable State Board of Nursing.
- ADN or BSN degree required; BSN preferred.
- 2+ years of clinical experience including direct consultation.
Responsibilities
- Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for therapy services.
- Review and update all protocols annually or with new guidelines.
- Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach.
- Collaborate with staff to maintain high-quality programs.
- Provide outreach to members and providers to improve care coordination.
- Stay current with guidelines and HIPAA regulations; ensure compliance.
