Job summary

Archimedes is seeking an RN Case Manager, Telehealth to improve members’ health via tele-pharmacy and to develop clinical outreach programs that enhance adherence and drive cost-effective formulary options.

You will coach members remotely, support leadership with clinical resources, and ensure compliance with HIPAA while supervising pharmacy staff and coordinating with providers and prescribers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience including direct consultation.
• Experience in a clinical call center is preferred.
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred.
• Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for pharmacy staff.
• Review and update algorithms and call scripts annually with guidelines.
• Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach.
• Collaborate to maintain a high quality and consistent product.
• Facilitate communication and education to clients, providers and internal staff.
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers and providers to enhance care coordination.
• Stay current with guidelines and medications and integrate into programs.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other departments.
• Understand member experience and engagement impact on health outcomes.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
