Archimedes is seeking an RN Case Manager, Telehealth to improve member health via tele-pharmacy and coordinated clinical outreach. The role includes developing clinical algorithms, scripts, and outreach strategies, with oversight of pharmacy staff and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The position may be located in St. Louis, MO, Brentwood, TN, or remote. Remote options are available and encouraged for suitable candidates with RN credentials.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation
• Experience in a clinical call center is preferred
• PBM industry knowledge is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations

Responsabilités

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for pharmacy staff
• Update algorithms and scripts annually with new guidelines
• Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach
• Collaborate to maintain high quality and consistent products
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers, and providers
• Stay current with guidelines and medications to keep programs up to date
• Communicate across departments to support engagement and outcomes
• Understand member experience to improve health and wellness
