Job summary

Archimedes is seeking a Telehealth RN Case Manager to enhance member health through remote nursing support and clinical outreach programs. The role focuses on tele-pharmacy, adherence improvement, and cost-effective formulary options, with oversight of clinical resources and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN nursing degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in good standing with state board is required.
• 2+ years clinical experience including direct consultation; clinical call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways and call scripts for staff.
• Review and update algorithms and scripts annually with guidelines.
• Develop documentation standards for clinical outreach.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain high quality programs.
• Facilitate communication with clients, providers and internal staff.
• Provide clinical outreach to members, prescribers and providers.
• Stay current with guidelines and medications and update programs.
