Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking licensed mental health professionals to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for diverse age groups. You will apply multimodal modalities and engage clients through well-structured sessions, aligned with Charlie Health curricula.

This is a full-time remote role requiring availability in late afternoons and evenings, with weekend hours. You will collaborate with a supportive Clinical Team, ensure timely documentation, and participate in regular supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience facilitating groups with diverse age ranges.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and documentation.
• Available during late afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with supervisor monthly for check-ins.
• Respond promptly to email and Slack messages (within 48 hours).
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Facilitate groups for the entire hour and foster client engagement.
• Follow best practices and use up-to-date Charlie Health curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in Treatment Team meetings.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
