Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. The role emphasizes engaging diverse youth populations through evidence-based modalities and a collaborative care approach.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in mental health, strong group facilitation skills, and comfort with telehealth tools (Gmail/Slack/Zoom). This is a remote, part-time 1099 position requiring evening and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and cloud-based tools.
• Ability to run group treatment and facilitate sessions.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-in.
• Respond to emails and Slack messages within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to group sessions and facilitate for the hour.
• Facilitate groups using Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Support multiple age groups and cohorts as needed.
• Encourage client participation and maintain camera-on culture.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team and leadership.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and care teams.
• Ensure notes are completed within 24 hours and meet standards.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
