Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with diverse age demographics in intensive treatment settings.
• Proficiency across multiple treatment modalities and ability to integrate them clinically.
• Ability to facilitate effective telehealth sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet for client sessions.
• Proficiency with cloud-based tools (Gmail/Slack/Zoom/Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes software.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of the start date.
• Check in with Group Quality Supervisor at least monthly.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum aligned to group assignment before start time.
• Arrive 10 minutes early and facilitate groups for the full hour.
• Facilitate groups using current Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Collaborate with therapists and care teams across cohorts as needed.
• Maintain professional ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
