You will work with therapists to translate psychoeducation into real-world change, across age groups, using modalities like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and MI within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Availability to work weeknights (Mon–Thu).
• Experience with diverse age groups in intensive settings.
• Proficiency with multiple modalities and clinical integration.
• Ability to conduct engaging telehealth sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet and cloud tools proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Check-in monthly with supervisor or director.
• Respond promptly to email and Slack (within 48 hours).
• Review curriculum and participate in group sessions.
• Facilitate groups for one hour with camera-on culture.
• Collaborate with primary therapists and care teams.
• Maintain timely and compliant treatment documentation.
• Adhere to ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality.
