Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking exceptional Experiential Facilitators to deliver remote Telehealth services for mental health treatment. In this role, you'll facilitate group sessions, contribute to treatment planning, and support a diverse client base.

Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in mental health or related field, demonstrate expertise in experiential modalities, and have availability for at least 9 hours per week. This is a contract position that offers the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional preferred.
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults.
• Technical ability to run effective Telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly group psycho-education via Telehealth.
• Develop creative ways to conduct experiential group treatment virtually.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
