Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking qualified Masters‑level mental health professionals to provide remote telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. You will facilitate sessions, engage clients, and collaborate with the care team to deliver evidence-based, relational care.

The role emphasizes late-afternoon/evening availability (3‑8pm MT weekdays and Saturdays) and requires a Master’s degree in a mental health field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus.
• Comfort delivering group treatment via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Monthly check-ins with supervisor/Director.
• Respond to emails/Slack within 48 hours.
• Facilitate groups per Charlie Health curriculum and best practices.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours and ensure compliance with DHCS and Joint Commission standards.
