Job summary
Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth across our general mental health program. We welcome LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, LIMHP, PsyD, PhD candidates to contribute to specialized tracks such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
- Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
- Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
- Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
- Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); modalities such as ACT, DBT, EMDR welcomed.
- Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
