Placements24 is partnering with a client to hire a Remote Telecoms Support Specialist to join a fully remote team serving Welkom and beyond.

You will provide first-line technical support for voice, data and internet services, diagnose issues, escalate where needed, and document every interaction in our ticketing system. Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support role, preferably within telecoms.
• Understanding of internet connectivity issues and home networking equipment.
