Job summary

Chameleon Integrated Services seeks Telecommunications Transition Order Specialists to support the DITCO program and TSST. The role focuses on processing complex telecom orders, coordinating with governmental and vendor teams, and ensuring accurate provisioning through the migration lifecycle.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years IT experience in telecom, and an active T1/NACI. Remote work with CST hours is offered, with a 1-year base and optional extensions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive IT experience with telecommunications provisioning, carrier service ordering, or technical customer support.
• Associate or Technical degree or 6+ years IT experience in lieu of degree as an alternative requirement.
• Must possess an active Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Must be available for CST business hours and LOI authorization for submission.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process complex telecommunications transition orders using government tracking systems.
• Perform QA/QC validation on Telecommunication Requests to prevent errors.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and external providers to ensure requirements are clear before migrations.
• Document all changes to provisioning documents and notify deployment teams.
• Coordinate scheduling of service installations and cutover windows with vendors and users.
• Ensure disconnects are documented and verified after services go live.
