Placements24 is seeking a Telecommunications Data Analyst to join the data science team in a fully remote capacity. You will extract insights from large telecom datasets, build dashboards, and develop predictive models to improve network performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and visualization skills, and experience with Python or R for analysis. This role emphasizes independent work and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in telecommunications.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong analytical and statistical modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
• Familiarity with telecommunications network data is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights.

Responsabilités

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from telecommunications systems.
• Perform in-depth analysis of network performance metrics, traffic patterns, and customer usage data.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
• Develop predictive models to forecast network demand and potential issues.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across analyses.
