You will bridge business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers, turning business problems into clear, data-backed AI recommendations, while advising on data quality and feature design for real-world model applications.

About the Role:

We're looking for data-savvy telecom analytics experts who can dig into complex wireless network and customer data, spot untapped opportunities, and turn them into real AI solutions. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to shape how data drives smarter networks and better customer outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Dig into large wireless datasets to surface trends, issues, and growth opportunities — and proactively spot new AI/ML use cases beyond any checklist
• Act as the bridge between business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers, turning business problems into clear, data-backed AI recommendations
• Advise engineers on data quality, feature design, and real-world context to shape model applications
• Identify ways data can drive automation, prediction, and smarter network and customer operations
• Work cross-functionally to set goals, metrics, and AI/analytics roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Brief senior leaders with clear insights, executive dashboards, and reports that make complex data easy to grasp
• Assess data readiness for predictive, ML, and GenAI use, and help prioritize AI projects by impact and feasibility

What You Bring:

• 10+ years in telecom/wireless data analytics, with direct experience at a Tier-1 carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) or major telecom vendor
• Solid grasp of wireless network architecture, RAN, KPIs, and customer experience metrics
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms
• Track record of turning business problems into analytics-driven strategy, working alongside AI/ML or data science teams
• Exposure to AI, ML, GenAI, or Agentic AI initiatives
• Sharp stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership
• Comfortable working independently and setting direction without detailed specs
