Job summary

NoBroker is hiring a Tele Calling Executive for a voice-based Work From Home role in India. You will handle customer interactions, explain NoBroker services, follow up with leads, and help convert enquiries into customers. This role blends customer servicing with tele-sales, with immediate joining and a 6-day workweek including weekends.

Eligibility includes 10th/12th/Graduate, age 18–30, and comfortable using CRM and calling tools. English is mandatory; Hindi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Eligibility: 10th/12th/Graduate candidates can apply.
• Age range: 18–30 years.
• Should not be pursuing any full-time, part-time, online or distance-learning course.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• English is mandatory; Hindi preferred.
• Strong customer-handling, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Comfortable using CRM and calling tools.
• Should not be currently engaged in real estate business or property brokerage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain NoBroker’s services and assist customers with their property-related needs.
• Build customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Pitch relevant services and work towards successful conversions.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate call, lead, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM/calling tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for customer resolution or service delivery.
• Meet individual and team performance expectations.
